new life

I've always lived in Montréal (or its region), but about a month ago, I moved to Trois-Rivières, a small town (9th in size in Québec) between Montréal and Québec City. I moved here to be with my boyfriend, as I was getting more and more fed up of organizing all our weekends in function of the distance that was between us and the little time we were able to spend together.
So far, so good.
I was able to keep my job working from home. In November I will start to work 4 days a week, and I hope this enables me to do more crafts, cooking and all those things I recently got back to. Maybe having a boyfriend makes me want to cocoon? Or it is this new beautiful apartment?
Anyway, I'm not really good at any of it, but I am full of good will. More to come on my experiences! It's starting tonight with me joining the local chapter of "le cercle des fermières", a women's association dedicated to improve women's conditions while ensuring the transmission of the the cultural patrimony. I'm looking forward to it!
